The download version of Apophenia has certain functions disabled or restricted. The user's choice of settings is also limited. To remove these limitations on functionality the user needs to obtain an Activation Key.

The cost of an Activation Key is £15.00.

To create your unique Activation Key we need to know the Activation Code which Apophenia generated upon installation.

To locate the Activation Code, choose About Apophenia... from the Apophenia menu and make a note of the 8 character alphanumeric string which appears next to the words "Activation Code". It will be something like "I0V3RK0T":

Enter the Activation Code in the box below and click the button labelled "Buy Now". You will be taken to a secure PayPal page where you can pay using your credit card or, if you have one, your own PayPal account.

When we have received confirmation of your payment we will send you a 12 character Activation Key by email. We don't do this full time so please allow up to 24 hours for receipt of your Activation Key!

 

To activate Apophenia you need to click the button labelled "Activate..." in the "About Apophenia" dialog box, enter your email address and your Activation Key and then click "OK":

A message will confirm the success of the activation process and the disabled menu commands will become enabled.
